About Glenn

Drummond for Sheridan County Commissioner

I was born in Buffalo and raised in Sheridan. After nearly 20 years working in Colorado, my wife, Genny, and I returned home in 2025 to be closer to family, grow our business, and serve the community that shaped us. We met at 16, married at 21, and Wyoming has always been home. The conservative values we learned here, hard work, personal responsibility, family, limited government, and service, still guide us today.

I bring more than two decades of private sector experience in management, budgeting, accounting, natural gas field operations, grocery management, diesel shop service management, and construction project management. As a former Basalt Town Council member in Colorado, I worked directly on public budgeting, land use, infrastructure planning, emergency management response, and community priorities. That experience reinforced my belief that local government should respect taxpayers, protect private property, support small businesses, and stay focused on essential services.

My training comes from firsthand leadership in operations, budgeting, accounting, management, and project oversight across multiple industries. I have also completed elected leadership training, and served in local government, strengthening my commitment to conservative, common-sense governance, transparent decision making, and responsible spending.
